1. Agreement to Terms

2. Services Provided

Doorluxe Door And Gate Ltd. provides the following services in Coquitlam and the Tri-Cities Areas:

  • Garage door installation, repair, and maintenance
  • Gate installation and repair
  • Commercial door services
  • Emergency repair services (24/7)
  • Spring and opener repair

3. Quotes and Estimates

  • Quotes provided are estimates only and may change based on actual conditions discovered during service.
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified.
  • Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

  • Scheduled appointments may be cancelled with 24 hours notice at no charge.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a service fee.
  • Emergency services are subject to availability.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made.
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
  • For large installations, a deposit may be required prior to work beginning.
  • Outstanding balances may be subject to collection fees.

6. Warranty

Warranty coverage varies by product and service:

  • Parts warranty: As provided by manufacturer (typically 1-5 years)
  • Labor warranty: 1 year on installation work
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, or natural wear and tear

7. Service Areas

We serve the Tri-Cities Areas including Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, and surrounding areas of the Lower Mainland. Service outside our primary area may incur additional travel charges.

8. Limitation of Liability

Doorluxe Door And Gate Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Emergency Services

24/7 emergency service is available for urgent garage door and gate issues. Emergency service calls may be subject to additional charges outside of regular business hours.
